Yay for Contests!
Hey everybody! I wanted to let you know about a photography contest that I will be entering tomorrow. Its the Weatherford Art Association and Firehouse Gallery 2010 Fall Photography Show and Sale. What a mouthful! It opens on September 11 and goes through October 20. The address of the gallery is 119 Palo Pinto St. in Weatherford. I will be putting the pictures I entered on here so if you don't have a chance to swing by the gallery, you can still see them. But I'll tell ya, they're SO much better in person! Plus you can see the few that my mom entered and all the other ones too. Thanks for y'alls support!

Laura! I. love. your. blog. I love that you are doing this! Every great photographer has a blog. So how is this contest being judged? Is it all professional people doing it or do we get to vote? Either way, I'm really excited you're doing it. God has really given you a great gift! Love you!
ReplyDeleteThe contest is actually being judged by a professor that I had for photography at Weatherford. He wasn't my favorite so to speak, but he had good things to say about my work. So we'll see how it goes...
